Beautiful lock with lots of options! I bought another lock from another company and it didn't work properly with less features and poor customer service so I returned it. This castle is incredibly beautiful. I recently ordered this lock and had a problem with the door latch. The lock did not work properly due to the latch. I called support and spoke to Jamie. She was incredible. She helped me to solve the video call problems. She saw that the problem was in the doorknob. She immediately ordered a new one for free and shipped it within a few days. I received the latch and installed the lock. I tried this and it worked like a charm. I've been looking for Revain and so far this is the lock I've found and has many features. You can use your fingerprint, keychain, touchpad, keys, the free Remote app on your phone, as well as the Wi-Fi Remote feature (about $35) that lets you open it from anywhere. Programming also seemed very easy. There are more features, too many to list, that you can combine with the above. Customer service was exceptional, Jamie kept me informed at all times and was a pleasure to deal with. She sent me a video about the lock's features, installation and how to use it. I think for the price and performance it's excellent. I will definitely buy this lock again!
