Review on ⚙️ Efficient Replacement Part for Ecosmart HE 90240 ECO 27 Water Heater by Christopher Lott

I ordered this item from a third party. As you can see, on the left is what the product should look like and on the right is what was sent to me. Like a plumber. When I look up a part number and order a specific part number, I'm looking for an exact replacement product direct from the manufacturer, or a used one from another supplier who has additional inventory. Not like a replacement. First, this product didn't even fit in the hole and the ends touched. That means this block would have blown as soon as I installed it. so i need it Now I will order directly from the manufacturer.
