Used differently! Objective Review

I am 70 years old, do not exercise regularly and usually wake up with pain and stiffness. Even if I hit the couch it's really "help, I fell and can't get up." So yes, I live on the couch and am a horizontal social leader and attend ATG support groups (ATG is allergic to those gravity). I tried it with the idea that it might help with muscle wasting associated with a slower lifestyle. .Also considered the best type of Gatorade for improved hydration. It may be a placebo effect, but I found that after 10 days the stiffness and soreness subsided and the muscles felt a little more elastic. exercise, it's hard work in the yard, or I walk a half mile and swing a 20 pound kettlebell in a circle around my body as I walk, slide it behind me in my other hand and then circle it back and forth here in the other hand in front of me, I used to swim 3 hours a day so I kind of know what real muscle fatigue can be like. Can't tell if it works in my case yet as it wasn't long enough, but at first I feel like it helps a little with aging muscle atrophy stiffness, there's a bit of tin man oil, the movement is smoother and not as much needed in aspirin. Just an honest review, the taste isn't bad and I mix it with green tea. , hibiscus, rosehip and fennel tea after brewing and infusing for 4 hours, and then ice is added.
