Review on Triple Eight MIPS Bike Skateboard Helmet, Dual Certified for Safety by Antonio Baker

I ended up sending this helmet back. I bought it along with the Triple 8 certified sweat protection so I can compare the two. A Certified Sweat Saver is much more comfortable and has a better fit than this one. I measured my head and ordered the correct sizes based on the measurements. The Certified Sweat Saver sits low on my head, is lightweight and surprisingly comfortable for a helmet. The pillows inside are pretty soft. This one with MIPS technology sits very high on my head and I feel uncomfortable on my head and the pads are hardly even, more like pieces of cloth. I was willing to try the MIPS technology but the sweat certified protection suits me better and still has safe technology as it is dual certified. Perhaps in the future MIPS one will not only be as safe but also as comfortable as current double-certified helmets. In terms of quality, it looks like a high-quality Triple 8 product. Smooth matte finish, beautiful color, durable quality straps. It's just very uncomfortable which would not encourage me to wear it.
