Tiresome and long but beautiful
I was under the impression that tissue paper balls have a paper base, are just fluffy and need to be taped down. I was wrong. They are just paper napkins that are cut and folded. Don't read instructions, just find a tutorial on YouTube. It took me an hour to create all the spheres. Too bad I can't reuse them! But I will reuse the lanterns.
