Large devices but not enough room to use power adapters in nearby outlets. USB charging is fast. The fixing screw is positive. An indicator light for checking circuit protection and checking grounding is a plus. In less than a year, one of the devices experienced an internal short at a neutral pin plugged into a wall outlet. The device was installed in an outlet in the office and hasn't been touched since installation when three cables and a USB port were connected for charging. We recently had a lewd case where a device jumped out of a wall outlet and knocked out a circuit breaker. On examination, the neutral pin is very loose and there are obvious signs of burning where the arcing started when turning on a small table lamp triggered the incident. I'm sure this is a very isolated case as others periodically cycle their plugs, but this one doesn't. My biggest disappointment was with Belkin directly who I contacted about this and who was immediately fired as they didn't know what I was talking about, obviously I did something wrong etc etc. I believe this is the first and only Belkin product that I have ever bought. had or developed a problem and reacted in an anti-customer friendly manner when contacted.
