The platform is easy to use, it's intuitive as well has all that you need for your business needs like reports etc., I can't think of anything negative at this point! However if there are any issues or bugs they tend not be addressed quickly enough by support so always best get them out fast before others do!! Highly recommend using strisite from start till end process- no complaints here either but yes cost factor comes into play which will limit usage depending upon how much budget you have available within organization.
