The file system is exFAT, so Android 8.1.0 from 1st August 2020 cannot read and mount it. When I plugged in the USB to micro USB adapter, my Android tried to mount it but said it had a corrupted file system and asked if I wanted to format the flash drive. When I formatted it as FAT32, my Android phone still couldn't "see" it. " Micro-USB connection, but when I put a USB-to-Micro-USB adapter between the flash drive and Android, it mounted. Write speeds in exFAT or FAT32 fluctuated between long periods of zero MB/ s to no more than 7 or 8 MB / s. It took exactly 90 minutes to write 7.78 gigabytes of files and the flash drive stayed warm, but not hot, so writing 2 terabytes of data can take up to 38 Hours and 33 minutes Therefore: 1. exFAT cannot be used on Android with one year software and kernel extremely slow and intermittent.4.My refund request was justified.Hope you have better luck.:-(
