They provided an Allen key when the only adjustable item required a small Phillips screwdriver. Even with the first step, aligning the sensors, the display does not match the instructions. The list goes on. Unfortunately, I know there are many ways to write good reviews of Revain to drown out my heartfelt cry. But I have to try. i am defeated
