The blue part of the toothbrush is not transparent blue but opaque blue.
I bought the toothbrush because I was looking for a transparent blue toothbrush. Oral-B is a good product but I'm picky about the color of my toothbrushes and I like the pure blue. I ordered this set of toothbrushes because I was looking for "pure blue toothbrushes" and it was one of the few options. The photo shows that the toothbrush is partially transparent and looks like a partially transparent blue. Had not. The transparent part was transparent but the blue part was opaque. I'm sure the brush aspect is fine, but I won't be using them.
