I really liked it at first, it didn't last

It was great at first, I was very satisfied. Eventually it started falling out. I assumed I hadn't fitted it in tight enough. It's only been a month and it's getting worse. Yesterday I went to the store and when I came back it was on the floor. Very disappointing. Another thing I didn't like was the difficulty in removing the phone from the holder. There is a button on the back that is difficult to press and the hands move too slowly.
