I like how it works very well for my business because we don't have time or resources as big companies that are able translate our video content so easily! It takes some getting used too but once you do everything falls right back together again which makes me happy since sometimes things get broken during translation/editing process. Sometimes there could be better quality at times when they're doing translations (which happens often). But overall this software does exactly what its supposed to without fail every single day!! So far nothing bad about using paper cup services either great customer service excellent communication easy access anytime anywhere no worries ever.
