This portable monitor from Neofyte solves that problem very well. Setup was easy - I'm stuck just plug a USB-C cable (included) into the monitor and my MacBook and that's it - the cable delivers power and video. The display is very sharp and has a pretty high resolution by default. I can change the resolution in the settings of my MacBook, but lower resolution settings weren't ideal. Only criticism is that the display could be brighter. I couldn't find a way to adjust the brightness (either via the moni tor itself or through my computer's control panel settings. Brightness is ok as long as the ambient light isn't too high, but I would have liked the cover that comes with the monitor is pretty good too cool. It's magnetic so it sticks to the back of the display. And when you open the lid and then flex the back, it transforms into its own display stand. I actually prefer to use it with the plastic stand that also comes with it to make it feel more stable. My laptop bag or backpack next to my laptop is very comfortable. Overall, I really like this portable display and I think the price of $140 (after using the $20 coupon) is very fair. The controls, especially the brightness settings, are the only reason I don't give this monitor 5 stars. Still an excellent monitor.
