I wish I had taken my own advice. Connecting to WiFi took over an hour and required a Google search for an undocumented way to access the speakers and manually enter the hotspot's name and password. The Android app and accompanying Windows download have been corrupted to become unusable. They do not support local content streaming! I bought these speakers for use on the go (trade shows, events, courses, seminars. Once they leave the local WiFi network you can't connect them via Bluetooth or AUX connections (WTH Bose, what does that matter?) The Sound quality was okay in a 12x14 room, but not as good as other Bose products I've had of the same physical size. The lack of Wi-Fi support for my local content meant I didn't have two speakers left/ right combinations.. had to use one speaker or the other which meant i had spent the money to buy 2. In summary Bose took a product with above average (but not great) potential and it was replaced due to poor design and disregard destroys user experience I would think twice before buying any future Bose networking technology.

Pros
  • Good for many
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish
