Unfortunately, I had to endure a purchasing experience at CaseSack not too long ago, and it was a nightmare. I had a hard time locating specific items on their website due to its poor layout and navigation. The prices were extremely high in comparison to other online stores when I eventually located what I was looking for. The fact that the products I purchased were subpar and ineffective only added insult to injury. Aside from the ridiculously long wait times, their customer service reps were also rude and unhelpful. I was greeted with resistance and excuses when I requested a refund. In conclusion, I would not recommend CaseSack to anyone. Avoid this web shop at all costs if you are in the market for electronics, headphones, earbuds, accessories, or cases. Don't waste your time with CaseSack; there are other, more reliable web merchants that provide superior goods and service.
