We had a difficult start. I bought 2 for 2 different grandchildren. One worked, the other didn't. Sent back, replacement didn't help either. My son is a software engineer so it's not because he didn't have the technical skills to read instructions etc. MBlock worked with us every step of the way until everything was fine and I have no doubt that they take our experience very seriously that this will not happen again. They stand behind their product 100%! I'm glad we stayed there because I think this mBot and mBlock might be the best way to get kids excited about Arduino, programming and building robots, and not just because of this bot; It's because of where the company takes it. They release new add-ons to encourage creativity and definitely put energy into education with the support of groups and communities. So thank you mBlock for all your help and dedication to education through your products and support.
