I bought it because of ingrown toenails. At first I felt better on one toe, and this tool really helped! I later decided to go a little deeper than what might be recommended outside of the doctor's office. Anyway we'll see if I'll regret it in a few weeks when I've recovered. What I mean to say is that it is a set of tools similar to what a doctor might use and has great ability to heal or damage. These are knives, and at first they are very sharp. They seem to be fading fast. I've only used three of these: a large callus knife (which I won't be using again as my calluses aren't very strong) and two of the smallest knives. I don't like just one of them. two small knives have a round barrel. The flat handle makes it difficult to get the right angle. I'm glad I got it, despite all the flaws.
