Although this inverter kept my computer running in the car, I noticed that both my computer and power supply got very hot, hence the 4 star rating. I'm not sure I would recommend leaving the computer connected to the network for long periods of time. My computer adapter is 65W. I bought this inverter because my car (Mazda 6 2017) has 10 amp and 12 volt outlets, which means I can't run more than 120 watts at a time, otherwise the fuse will blow could burn out. To calculate watts, do the following: amps x volts = watts. Luckily I'm between the phone and the computer underneath, and I also have two separate outlets.
