I bought these because my rear DVR wouldn't stick to my car window. I live in Arizona so the temperature in my car is high. The adhesive supplied by the DVR manufacturer was not strong enough. I highly recommend following the directions for the best results. I used a Goo-Gone to remove the old glue, used rubbing alcohol to clean the surface, rubbed lightly with sandpaper and glued (press firmly) the seal for a few hours before attaching it to the window. It's been a few weeks and it hasn't fallen off yet, so I'm happy!
