No major complaints.
Pros -It works great with my 5x 4TB Raid 5. -Almost silent operation -Good user manual -Easy setup -Price -Comes with everything except hard drives -They give you 2x more mounting screws than You need. Cons: cheap mounting screws. Hard drive trays have very tight tolerances. Tighten all 4 bolts before fully tightening to avoid this, weak bolt heads can be a problem due to the extra resistance.
