My son bought a different brand lightbulb for his Echo Studio. In the brightest light it was only 13 watts. That's 100 watts in the brightest light. GREAT. But the extra features are great. You can color the lightbulbs in almost any color you can think of. You can also change the brightness and color tones. From bright white to what I consider daylight and/or a more traditional yellowish glow. And the lightbulbs have a music function that flashes and changes color to the music! You can also set timers! The Alexa integration is very good. Just before I enter the room, I can ask Alexa to turn on the light. I also "programmed" the sequence that Alexa would do with the lights, setting up rooms and groups. I'm fairly new to smart tech, but after playing around with it for a few days, I bought smart light switches and louvers to put them everywhere to place House I hooked!
