I bought two of these shower heads about 6 months apart. The first was not installed until after our showers were built and finished and after I bought the second. When first installed, all the water came out of the central nozzle (by force). The first could not be returned because the deadline for returning the goods had expired. I got permission to return the second one if it doesn't work. So I'm definitely stuck with one. I took it apart and found that the supply tube was pushing against the silicone elastomer inside, isolating and supplying water to the center jet and preventing water from entering the other 99 jets. These nozzles are very thin and there isn't much room inside for the end of the tube and the silicone elastomer. I took the pipe into my bench grinder, removed about 1/8 inch and reassembled the showerhead. She works great! I decided to leave the second. On the second, I only loosened about 20 screws running around the perimeter. It doesn't seem to work any worse than the first. Though I think I'll take these apart and inspect tube-elastomer ratio and sanding if necessary. I'm happy with this product. They work great!
