The place where the shower head attaches to the water pipe broke after just a month. I reached out to adjust the head and it collapsed. Thank goodness I put my hand on the shower head when it broke or could cause serious damage or injury! I would not recommend this product as it is definitely a safety hazard! See attached photos where it is broken. Of course, there is no way to contact the seller and days outside of the return window for Amazon.

Very good shower head. Much better quality than I expected. The only problem is that if you don't level it completely, it will drip for a while. But my water line is coming from above, that could be the problem. I've had it for a few months now and it's only now starting to splatter on the sides and clog a bit, but you just have to rub it by hand or wash it with a rag to clean it. After that it works fine. Very satisfied

I've been installing this for a year. I really liked it then. However, yesterday when I got home from work I found him lying on the floor in the shower. The connecting sleeve has a metal element that fits into the rectangular shower head and directs water to the nipples. For no apparent reason, the metal, which appeared to be a single piece of casting, sheared off/broke off cleanly. I haven't been able to contact the manufacturer yet to ask for a replacement.

I purchased this along with a 17" Kingston Brass K117A5 Claremont shower holder in June 2017. Replacing the old shower head and holder was easy and used plenty of teflon tape to ensure there were no leaks. Once installed there are significantly more Water than the old shower head and we love it!Great buy for the price we got compared to more expensive similar products.
