Pain relief. on my review.

I love this product. It helped with pain and swelling after my ankle surgery. I still use it. Works great on elbows too.  That's my review.

Pros

Great item. Helped keep the swelling down after surgery.

Cons

The cooler is not aesthetically pleasing
