Such a simple design. It would be pretty hard to screw up, but somehow they pulled it off. Holes are slightly offset (need to be re-drilled), fasteners that are 1/4" shorter will touch the block. Longer fasteners have a larger head, requiring two different wrenches. There is no common sense. The motor mounts have a rib on the back to keep them from sitting flat on the mounting plate.If I was going to drill holes I wouldn't buy a kit.Easy to attach but easier to do the first time.I think maybe this company has their specific requirements for those staff to design them.
