I have never tried Oil Pull and like the idea of adding mint to this product. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, their processing methods are very good (no heat required). Even though the idea of pulling out the oil seemed crude and complicated, I gave it a try and I LOVE it! My mouth feels like a whole new level of cleanliness and freshness and I swear my teeth (already white) are even prettier and whiter. Although I haven't hit the full 20 minute deadlift yet, I feel like I'm getting great results. It's almost addicting, it's so beautiful. I recommend trying it.
