I really like this purchase. Much better than the tiny Brazilian wax kits I've bought over the years. Pros: heats up well, no need to go back and forth to the microwave. and a bikini line in each direction with a little rest. There were lots of appliqué sticks. minuses. The cord is short and in my bathroom the plug is quite tall requiring it to sit on the counter/sink without an extension cord. It gets dirty (as expected) and the wax drips on and into the heating area and is difficult to clean, but after 3 uses I've had no problems with the machine running. Tips Initially I had trouble with the wax cracking and not coming off easily. I remembered that a previous reviewer (not sure if it was this or that product I was looking at doesn't matter) mentioned using olive oil to prevent it from sticking. Oh helped. I applied a small amount about 10 minutes before waxing and was able to apply to larger areas and remove easily. cover during storage, not during use. Overall a great purchase, I recommend.
