Just received this today and was excited to use it and I read the instructions and plugged it in and turned it on on medium heat the unit wouldn't stop heating and the wax was boiling and I turned it down , but I started smelling the wax and it still wouldn't stop heating and I went to turn it off, the whole block was so hot it was melting! For safety reasons, there is no automatic switch-off! Now we're breathing the fumes from burning plastic! Seller please contact me for a replacement!

I haven't regulated the temperature on mine. I left it on the lowest setting long enough to go to the bathroom and wash my hands and it melted the lid and the plastic around the metal part so it fell to the floor and smoked. At the lowest level. In just 5 minutes. I am extremely disappointed.

This product is amazing! It has a temperature setting that is ideal for waxing. I am a Licensed Esthetician and this product is one of the best pots of wax I have ever seen at such an amazing price. The product also comes with wax applicators as well as various hard wax packs. Different colors which I believe have different flavors. Thanks seller! thanks for that

I really like this purchase. Much better than the tiny Brazilian wax kits I've bought over the years. Pros: heats up well, no need to go back and forth to the microwave. and a bikini line in each direction with a little rest. There were lots of appliqué sticks. minuses. The cord is short and in my bathroom the plug is quite tall requiring it to sit on the counter/sink without an extension cord. It gets dirty (as expected) and the wax drips on and into the heating area and is difficult to clean,

I am very happy with this kit. I have embarrassing chin hairs, although I've learned the hard way how to make small strips of wax rather than big blogs. I was very scared because I had never used wax before! I was very upset when after waxing it felt like millions of hairs had grown back. Then I learned that it will happen at first, but it's getting thinner. I have to use it every five to six weeks and it works great every time. Don't worry, it's very cool! Thin strips without drips! lol

This wax machine comes with 5 packs of beans and 10 sticks. I ordered this wax bath for my car which comes every Saturday. She had seen me with a waxing machine before and wanted me to remove her leg. It's a handy size and works great. My Auti likes it because it can regulate the temperature, not just turn it on and off. It heats up quickly and melts the beans. Warning: May be dirty.

Just received today and already received my refund. Less than 15 minutes after it was plugged in and set to 160 degrees, it started smoking. Lid and handle melted. I can't believe they would sell something obviously flammable. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!
