CAN'T CONNECT TO WIFI AND I'M NOT REALLY TECHNOLOGICALLY DISABLED.

Why the bad review? No matter how many times I factory reset it and followed the instructions, youtube videos and online support, it just wouldn't connect to my home wifi from the phone app. I REALLY wanted to enjoy it, but after literally hours of wasted effort and no real help from customer service, I had no choice but to return. Really upset about that.
