IHome IAV14: WiFi-enabled Alexa Bluetooth Speaker with Smart Home Control and USB Charging Port Review

The product itself is good but Alexa doesn't work well. I changed the wifi thinking that was the problem but no, Alex takes time to reply and I don't know why. Build quality in Alexa?

I bought this for my mum and she loves it (if Alexa does what she asks it's not the device's fault because other devices can be the same), it's the perfect replacement for her old alarm clock, she just needs to learn how to use it

I bought this iHome to combine an Echo Dot and an older iHome with a bedside clock. The audio quality on this iHome is not very good (sounds a bit muffled, the volume is either too loud or too low, nothing in between) and the connection felt fuzzy.

Love this watch. I put it next to my bed and use it as an alarm clock, radio and phone charger. I love that it connects to Alexa. The brightness is not too bright, but the time is easy to read. Setup was incredibly easy. The sound quality is also great for the bedroom. These are really great watches.

This item worked pretty well until the last month or so. It will keep losing the WiFi connection even though my WiFi network hasn't changed. Use your money and buy an echo show and use it instead of an alarm clock. This item also doesn't play music and doesn't show up as a group speaker in the Alexa app. I would not recommend this product.

Why the bad review? No matter how many times I factory reset it and followed the instructions, youtube videos and online support, it just wouldn't connect to my home wifi from the phone app. I REALLY wanted to enjoy it, but after literally hours of wasted effort and no real help from customer service, I had no choice but to return. Really upset about that.

I have had this item since October 2020. I purchased this as a clock radio/clock. From day one I needed a replacement alarm clock. A couple of times in the last 8 months the alarm didn't go off, and a couple more times when I told him to "snooze" he turned the alarm off. Good, mixed reviews but mostly positive. Bought for my bedroom. Decent sound quality for a bedroom or small room. It sets the time for you and you have multiple lighting settings on the watch as well as an off setting. Simple buttons at the top, but you set the alarm by telling Alexia when you want to wake up, or by using the app. Bluetooth works great and my other streaming service worked great.
