I have had this item since October 2020. I purchased this as a clock radio/clock. From day one I needed a replacement alarm clock. A couple of times in the last 8 months the alarm didn't go off, and a couple more times when I told him to "snooze" he turned the alarm off. At least once a day I have to turn it off to reset the Alexa feature. Excellent performance. Too bad they often fail. If getting up on time is important to you, avoid this product. If quality and reliability are important to you, avoid this product. To be smart. Avoid this product. By the way, today I am buying a new unit from Revain to replace this one. iHome goes to the trash.
