Great Stabilizer Design
I have an old bike rack and an old hitch cargo carrier. I've always just lived with the fact that they sway a little while driving, not a huge deal, but less than optimal. This completely solves the issue. My only wish is that it was possible to install/remove without tools - for now, I keep a wrench in the door-pocket of my truck.
