When I received this there was no indication of who made it. It doesn't have a tag or a Reese stamp or anything in the assembly instructions. Be sure to tighten! I don't want to lose such a large load. I've had him for about 8 months now. I've towed many large loads with it (about 16,000 pounds of water plus trailer weight) and it showed no signs of failure (warping, bending, tearing). However, it corroded badly and in a very short time. I suspect this is not a brand with a lower quality finishing process. I think that's to be expected given the price.
