I posted this in an area where staff are running it and have people scanning cards all day. It works great most of the time, but it can lose its settings, causing the cards to be misread but not really communicated to the employee. In this case, several days of data were lost. I had to buy a famous brand to solve this problem forever. If you just need one reader for your lab or testing, this is a great option. But definitely not ready for series production
