I own multiple TENS muscle stimulators. This NURSAL unit is my first portable size one. The device is very compact and the perfect size to travel with. The stimulator has 24 modes and 20 intensity levels. My favorite feature of this stimulator is it has dual channels, so you can use two different modes and intensities at the same time. I’d recommend being careful when adjusting the intensity levels and not to go too high too quickly. Thankfully, the controller has a lock function so you won’t accidentally change any of the settings while using the device. The pads that are provided are very sticky and have retained their stickiness after a handful of uses. The device uses a micro usb charger. I like how the box includes a small drawstring bag to store the device and pads. Based on the packaging the company provides support through phone, email, and chat. I can’t vouch for any of the support but it's nice knowing that there are options if I do need assistance.
