I like that it's easy enough so anyone can use without much training or setup required! It also gives me all my customer information at one place which helps with keeping track of them over time as well as providing more personalized service when needed through their dashboard feature within our CRM tool called Interact365!! There are no downsides yet but we've only been using this software since July 2018 - still in beta testing stage thus far :).
