Our little one will soon be 1 year old, he is crawling and standing and still feels great in diapers. Used them from the hospital and no problems. I would have preferred cloth diapers but I am a mom at FT and since there is no diaper service in our area it wasn't wise for us because of the laundry facilities. It was so sensitive to the diapers and as they worked really well for us I have to say we are all happy with the outcome, which wasn't our ideal scenario to begin with. Use a subscription and save from size 3 with very good results - the box that comes with the diapers is not in another box which I think is good, less cardboard to recycle. We tried several other brands that were given to us in my shower - they all leaked. terrible - luvs/huggies/target - they were all size one. Huggies are popular so we tried them a few times (rented diapers for example) but they also smell bad to me - strong smell of urine when wet. We've also tried a small pack of size 4 Cruisers when we're out of town and haven't had any issues either, but I'm not a fan of pop culture imagery on Cruiser diapers (we try to include the influence of "characters". minimize), so we Again a bit on diapers we stick - even without a reason to change, why spoil a good thing? Breastfed child from birth with soft stools typical of breastfeeding. We very rarely have accidents/leaks - sometimes huge wet poop (diarrhea) - thank goodness we don't have that many. And when it did, it went up its back. The only instances of pee leaking occurred when we should have started on the next size but haven't, during NB periods up to size 2 - never size 3 or 4 as far as I can remember. I really feel like kids with big tummies need to move up to the next size much sooner than it says on the packaging - 1-2lbs sooner for the smaller sizes, 3lbs for the larger sizes (like a size 4). - 3 pounds before. 4 pounds before. Our child was a size 3 for a very short time due to the waist size. The baby is small and fat with rather fat legs.
