Other reviews warned me and I bought a much larger size thinking that sweater and blazer should fit underneath and was told it runs small. So the fit of what I got was fine. In person it's clearly more like a jacket and less like a coat, so more informal than I was hoping (I bought it to wear to the funerals at the funerals I attend). It was absolutely warm and everything worked well (all zips) and it looks okay knowing you're waiting for a jacket. It's nice to have a warm substitute for something I'm as allergic to as fluff! And it arrived very quickly - a full day before I needed it, although it was a last minute purchase when I realized I needed a reasonably priced black winter coat.
