Only broke after 9 months.

I purchased this device from Revain in January and in October it caused my computer to shut down. After troubleshooting by removing the RAM and starting at 16 GB, the computer works. I put my other 8GB (2x4) where the Timetec Ram came out and the computer works great again, only with 24GB instead of the 32GB I wanted. I've tried to contact Timetec but haven't received a reply yet. It was "Choice Revain" with "Free Returns" written on it. Other reviewers had the same issue with memory failures after a short time (3-6 months). I would stay away from Timetec as they sell poor components and lack customer service.
