Review on JiePai Adjustable Tactical Durable Military by Jackie Barker

Update: After my initial 3 star rating, the seller contacted me and wanted a full refund because I wasn't completely satisfied, so I have changed my rating to 4 stars based on their commitment to customer satisfaction. I think this is a very respected seller who genuinely cares about doing what is right, which I really appreciate. The "Service Dog/JiePai" patch in the photos is not included. I chose this collar because I have a Shar Pei service dog and I thought the patch was cool given the type of dog I have. I contacted the seller and asked them to send me one, thinking it was a mistake. They replied that "customers didn't like them so they stopped shipping last January." I figure this is a patch, if you don't like it don't use it. I also found it a bit misleading that all product images show the collar with the patch provided and it is clear that it was discontinued some time ago and is not mentioned in the description. The only other thing that isn't a big deal but not what I was expecting is the nylon collar and not the cotton/canvas "military type" material that I was expecting based on the belt buckle design of this item. Otherwise it looks pretty solid and well made, just not what I expected. The seller refunded me $5 because there was no patch. It was her suggestion to remove the distortion of the subject that I accepted.
