The only thing that would make this funnel perfect would be if you could connect the filter to the funnel. There's a good chance you'll lose the strainer if you're not an organized person, but other than that I love this funnel. I used it to fill small vials with my homemade vanilla extract and the strainer did a great job with all the little bits of vanilla bean. For such small jobs, this is the perfect funnel size; If you're going to use it to sift things like frying oil, you'll definitely need a bigger one.
