First, they do what they are designed to do and do it well. If you're having trouble starting or breaking a channel in the wall, it's because the bolt was cross-threaded and/or you were trying to screw it in too quickly. Turn the screw in the opposite direction and when you hear or feel a click, the threads engage, hand tighten a few turns. Then use a drill or impact wrench to tighten them. However, sometimes the backside is not coplanar, and then this can be a problem. Just don't tighten the zip ties too much and leave some slack. Sometimes even then it can lead to confusion. So life is. It happens. Buy good screws. Cheap screws don't help. Sometimes there can be bad threads in the channel, but usually it's the crap from the hole that gets into the threads that ruins me. I use 100 of these things. If there is a problem I usually call, but not always. These things save me time and money.
