I have three main problems with my product. 1) the volume slider jumps from "off" to medium volume. It can get louder, but there is no low/low tone. 2) The dynamo crank tends to crack when I try to turn it. 3) The worst thing is that the solar panel doesn't seem to charge the batteries. The only positive is that if you can tune the tuning knob to a station, the sound quality is clear.
