I like that it's very user friendly - if someone else in my office has an issue they can easily get help from another person within our organization.

The ability to have multiple users at once (as opposed to using email) makes things much easier when you're trying to collaborate with others across different time zones. Sometimes there are issues with the app crashing which can be frustrating but overall we've been happy with how it works so far. We use this tool primarily as a way to keep everyone connected via Slack and share files/documents.
