Works great on my iPad Air 4.
The paper-like screen protector is fantastic. Since COVID-19, I have to do a lot of paperwork on the iPad, and when writing directly on the screen, sometimes it's not easy to control the pen, so I chose paper that looks like a screen. Apple Pencil makes it feel like writing on paper, Apple Pencil doesn't get stuck and moves very smoothly. Some people say that the paper-like screen can wear down the tips of the pens, although I've been using this type of paper-like screen for many months I think that's perfectly acceptable. The instructions are very clear, in addition, the installation compartment works so well that it is easier to install.
