Bought a Dell monitor in November 2021. In January, the monitor appeared with lines across the top of the monitor and a shaded area in the top corner. Verified Dell Service Tag, the monitor is not covered by the 3 year warranty. The seller says they will refund less than 1/3 of what I paid. Very disappointed. Lesson learned - no more computer-related purchases from Revain, especially third-party vendors.
