The chair is very clean and beautiful. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The chair is sturdy and comfortable for regular use. I'm a tall guy and the seat is wide enough and the pillow is comfortable for a long time and stays comfortable for the 5 months I have. The mesh back is nice and breathable, I never felt like I overheated in it. The tilting and locking function is particularly nice. The armrests are sturdy and fold up, which is cool, but I never used that feature. The only issue with the chair is the armrest cushions. The cushions are comfortable and well positioned, but after only a few days of using this chair, one of the screws (on the back) holding the cushion in place broke or came loose, I'm not sure. After a few days it was in both armrests. Now the pads fit the back of the arm, wobble/wiggle a lot and can make a kind of popping noise when pressed. Not a problem that ruins the chair, but rather annoying and a bit disappointing. There is no way to pull the pillow back down that I could figure out. Not sure if this is a design flaw or just the chair I received. It could have been something to replace the armrests with or a brand new chair, but it wasn't really an issue big enough to take care of me I guess. Except for the problem with the armrest. , it's a nice chair, although nothing special. I actually buy something else as I used to have a high back and didn't think I needed that extra luxury, but after a few months of using this low back I'm switching back. If you've had something with a high back or headrest, maybe that's what you're missing from this chair. Without the armrest 3.5 stars would be possible.
