I like that we can get our message to so many people in such little time, it's amazing! There are some features i dislike about this software - mainly how expensive they charge per click (CPC). If you don't have enough budget or traffic then CPC isn't ideal but if your business has more than one person working with adwords/adplaroon etc., then its not worth using until you reach certain levels of revenue from adsense earnings- which will be very difficult at first as most businesses won;t make much money straight away due to competition when starting out.- there could also potentially be fake clicks generated by bots who use similar keywords to yours without actually clicking them? This was never really brought up during my training session however after reading online forums other users had mentioned something along these lines although I haven't seen any.
