I love this book. I don't have a doll and I don't even know a little girl who has a doll that would match the knitted dresses in this book. but I bought it and the other book that goes with it anyway. I love to knit, the patterns are very pretty and easy to knit. I figured I should do what I always do, which is sew a piece of clothing, put it away and wait for the right person to come and hand it over. You can't go wrong with this book. The patterns are clear and knit fairly quickly. I also appreciate the fact that she uses easily available yarn that you can find at any store. If you like knitting like me and are looking for new patterns for your dolls, I recommend this book. I can actually recommend both books. You are both great!
