Simplicity and convenience, disappointing results
It was a pretty decent all-in-one kit with everything you need to dye clothes. The instructions were ok, could have been a bit more specific, but it's not exactly watchmaking. Unfortunately, the colors are very disappointing. I used 100% cotton, I left them for the recommended time plus a little longer. Rinse thoroughly and rinse twice and the water was pretty clear at the time. Once dry the colors have faded quite a bit and I would expect them to fade even more after a few wear/wash cycles. So I would say this is a good, inexpensive and versatile set to try on a tie.
